The Intake Coordinator is the first point of contact for individuals seeking services. They are responsible for:
✔ Conducting initial screenings and intake assessments
✔ Verifying Medicaid eligibility and assisting with the application process

✔ Providing individuals and families with resources and service information
Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs)
QMHPs provide direct support and crisis intervention, conduct assessments, assist with treatment planning, provide skill-building services, and offer therapeutic interventions under supervision.
Certified Substance Abuse Counselors (CSACs)
CSACs provide specialized counseling for individuals with substance use disorders, offering evidence-based therapy, relapse prevention strategies, and group or individual counseling. They work closely with individuals in the ARTS 2.1 Intensive Outpatient Program to support long- term recovery and wellness.
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
